Lift Keys and Utility Cupboard Access can be organised through the key holders listed above.

Key holders do not hold keys to individual properties.
Roof Access

Roof access is strictly limited to authorised contractors who hold the relevant H&S certification. Contractors can arrange entry onto the roof for repair or maintenance work through a Board Member.

Entry onto the roof by residents is prohibited.
